Benefits to each purchase option:
Retail Cut
By the Cut allows you to purchase smaller quantities and enjoy them on the same day you go to the farmers' market. Retail cuts are available for purchase at a Farmers' Market, but are on an as-available basis. To be sure you'll get what you want, it's best to order a share.
| Share Option
By the Share offers a better price per pound, entails less waste per animal and allows you to know and appreciate a particular animal's flavor and texture. Orders of 1/20th (20-25 lbs), 1/10th (40-50 lbs), and halves are available for order by contacting us or by visiting us at a Farmers' Market.
