Hi all. I am an Executive Chef working at a Chandler resort. I was doing some research for "grassfed" beef and came across your site. I am a Kearny native and was intrigued by your location. I hope to try some of your product soon. Any extra info you can send would be great.
Thank you

Hi, I saw your ad, we are very interested in trying your meat, and will stop by one of your Tucson locations soon, maybe even this Sunday 11-9 was wondering though do you normally have knuckle bones for Dogs for sale with you, or is that something that would be a special order item.
Thank You for your time,

Hi Paul,

Thanks a lot for showing us around the ranch. We had a great time, and really appreciate your time and energy. We loved it all, but especially when we sat under the trees with the cattle nearby.

We hope your new egg enterprise goes well. Pastured eggs are the best!

We really appreciate that there are families like yours, providing good, natural, healthy food.
Michael and Adriana

We got your family newsletter after Leah sent it with a package from home; got your web address there so thought I would check it out--good job! We are into summer here in Nova Scotia. The last couple of days have been in the eighties and VERY humid. The green countryside really reminds us of western Oregon.

Hi from Springfield, VA (a Washington DC suburb.) Terrific website--makes us to go back out west. The Schwennesen connection: Paul was in my Legal Studies class at the AF Academy, and Sarah was in a music class I helped teach as an "adjunct" (she and I taught an opera lesson together)--and I had the honor of administering her commissioning oath at graduation time.

Hi from Oz.......we are Norbury's parents and live on a 20,000 acre property 500km west of Brisbane in Queensland.... and south east of Roma. Our elder son, Roger, wife Sandra and 1 year old daughter, Lucy now manage the property, with cattle as the main enterprise and some cropping/irrigation being re-vamped. The Balonne River forms our northern boundary. Our elder daughter, Jennifer and her husband Scott (+ almost 2 year old daughter, Nikita) own the next door property. Both properties are organically accredited. 2009 we will celebrate 100 years since Ennis' grandfather took up land here. We will let you know when we set a date (possibly 6/7 June 2009) for a Schwennesen reunion, so if you're interested you could join us!! Have another daughter who is married to a Canadian and works in the travel industry at Maroochydore on the coast north of Brisbane. Norbury, our second child, lives in Brisbane with wife, Bec and daughters, Ava (3) and Beatrice (1) and commutes to Lockerbie where the Wagyu enterprise is run. Congratulations on your web-site and we heartily endorse your philosophies.......well done

I was checking out your site because I work for your tax accountant Sean. I am sometimes amazed at how little I know our clients. I love the website and I ove your "Beyond Organic" philosophy. Looking at your website really makes me miss farm/ranch life in NE where I grew up.
Good luck with your operation!!!

We are working our way through the second order of your wonderful beef. We had given up eating beef all together after seeing a feed lot and being totally disgusted! My husband loves beef and I am so happy to be able to prepare healthy beef dishes for him. I would be ever so grateful for more recipes. We have found that the ground beef makes wonderful meatloaf -- not a lick of fat -- and meatballs baked in the oven before putting into sauce. I run into trouble trying to decide how to use the strips. Fajitas are okay every onece in awhile, but...tonight I will try the stroganoff recipe on your site.

Thank you for being at the Oro Valley Farmer's Market. Your beef is excellent, and you provide an important service to the community. I only feed my family your beef now and feel very good about that choice.
