Spend a day or two at Double Check Ranch at our newly built guest cabin. Fee includes:
- Elegant, simple, accommodations (studio-style loft squeezes four adults, indoor sink, outdoor loo…)
- 215 acres of private, well-preserved Fremont-Goodding Cottonwood/Willow habitat
- Audubon-designated Important Birding Area
- Perennial in-stream flow of the San Pedro River (spring-fed)
- Archaeological and geological “hot-spot” (ball court, Malpais hill)
- Free grassfed beef and a stocked larder/icebox
Rates
Cool Season (Oct-Apr): $125 (noon-noon is our general standard, adjustable)
Hot Season (May-Sept): $75 ($25/person extra fee for more than two individuals)
Exceptions
The cabin is obviously in very high demand during special events (farm dinners, tours, etc.). If this is the case, the cabin will be offered under a silent auction bid system. If you're interested in these peak times, please:
*Requests will be considered regardless of when they are sent however it is encouraged that they are sent in a timely manner so that we may begin to collect them. Recipient of the cabin during special events will be notified 6 days prior to the event.

- send an email with preferred arrival/departure date as well as your bid
- note any flexibility in this email
- send the email/bid no later than seven days prior to the event itself*
- where applicable, send payment for the event at time of bid OR have already paid for attendance to the event prior to the email
